Overview:

Position Summary

Aprimo’s Manager, Customer Marketing will be a key team member to help deliver on this core value and will work with our customers and with our internal Aprimo team (Account Management, across Sales, Service and Marketing) to establish, develop and manage unified customer programs including Aprimo Customer Reference Program, Aprimo Corporate Visit Program, Installed Base Customer Campaigns and Customer communications including Newsletter, and Online Community. 

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • Develops Customer Programs across all company products
  • Develops and Executes (with Sales), “Named Account” Customer Campaigns to Increase Adoption and Sell Through
  • Develops and Manages Tiered Customer Reference Program
  • Works with Account Management to engage, recruit and manage interested customers into tiered program
  • Administers and communicates Aprimo’s NPS survey, and works across Aprimo to analyze and identify initiatives to improve response rates and survey rating results
  • Works with Corporate Marketing to harvest customer data and insights to uptake customers into "right program"
  • Manages Customer Visits  in Indy
  • Writes and Publishes Customer Newsletter, Customer Case Studies and Testimonials and helps produce final go-to-market deliverables with customer content.
  • Works to develop and measure customer Lifetime value
  • Manages the Content of Aprimo Customer Summit
  • Serves as “High Touch” Ambassador at Customer Summit 
  • Creates and maintains an Aprimo Customer Community Online, working internally to insure comprehensive and customer-centric offerings

 

Scope

Aprimo’s Manager, Customer Marketing will report into the Manager of Aprimo Corporate and Brand Marketing and will operate under light supervision with latitude for independent actions.  This individual will work directly with executive management, product marketing, corporate marketing and field sales and marketing teams. 

Requirements  

  • BA or BS required
  • Proven track record in managing customer-facing programs and initiatives including but not limited to customer service programs, sales or field marketing support programs
  • Candidate needs proven experience and insights intoworking with customers and internal organizations to identify, develop, launch and maintain new programs or initiatives
  • Candidate must be able to conceptualize customer campaigns, write and develop content and work with cross-functional teams to deploy offline and online
  • Experience in developing and managing campaigns from start to finish including content and process critical for success
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with salesforce.com a plus
